Vancouver

Flew up to Vancouver on Sat afternoon. Cabbed over to our friend Bonnie's place, had dinner with her and her friend (and other houseguest) Robin, came back and got ready to go clubbing. Went to Sin City, which was fine but nothing to write home about (well, except that I kinda am, but whatever). Today we grabbed a quick lunch & sent Robin off to the airport. Wandered around in an attempt to get some Xmas shopping done, failed to find the correct combination of nice things and not-too-expensive things, so no purchases were made. Had dinner with several of Bonnie's friends that we'd met the previous night, then came back to the apt and got ready for the club tonight, featuring a performance by Faith & the Muse. Yes, we saw them in SF on Tues, but that wasn't really a problem. I think I liked this one better in some ways. Tomorrow we're moving over to the conference hotel.

Just thought I'd post a bit of a travel log. Felt like it for some reason. Not sure what my access will be like the next few days, though probably not too bad. Hope you all had a fun weekend in SF without us, those of you in SF, that is...
