Making Chicken Soup

We stayed in tonight, rented a movie (the latest Bond flick) and got the makings of chicken soup at Safeway while fetching the movie. I don't know why, I just felt like it. Now I need to do some major fridge reorganization in order to fit pots in there...

Hee, hee. We stay in most of the time these days. Funny I got the soup urge a couple of weeks ago, but used a beef shank instead. Made gallons and gallons of soup.
