Thanks! I hadn't realized that it was safe to get a flu shot while pregnant, and was pleasantly surprised to see that it actually seems to protect the baby for the first few months as well.

Yeah, I was reminded about flu shots by a post on Parent Net (a tigernet list), and the protective properties for pregnant women were mentioned. It's a high-traffic list, but interesting, and will be a good resource in the future, I think.
