I don't think that'll work, unfortunately, since I'm going to ride down to Palo Alto w/Rob in about 1/2 hour, futz around the penninsula (see sbasher, go to No Knew Books, etc), then we're going to have a late dinner in Santa Cruz before the club. Sorry to be useless. :( We should get together this week, though. Lunch? Dinner?

I have a friend staying with me for the end of the holidays, and the one time I brought him to DG, he said we were all off the beat and the music was too loud! Hmph! So no gothing with him.

Sorry for the last-minute notice, but this was just arranged:

Although the main dance floor at Death Guild is closed for renovation
this
week, the front bar room is going to be open for your drinking,
socializing, and music lounging pleasure. For tonight only, there will
also be NO COVER all night. Operating hours (9:30pm to 2:00am) will
be the same, and all those 18+ are still welcome with valid ID.

Death Guild returns to its usual format next Monday, the 12th
